Head of Marketing EMEA FinTech, Equities Salary circa £120k

The M-Wek Company are fortunate to be partnering with our client, a leading technology driven Equities business considered to be leaders in their field as they look to find an EMEA Marketing Head. This opportunity comes at a time when growth has reached a critical point.

With key hubs in New York and London plus others this is a highly innovative business where Marketing is very well integrated into the business. The EMEA region now needs its standalone lead. Their value proposition is right but there is still a huge amount of work to be done at a great time as growth is hitting critical levels for you to have a fantastic impact. You will contribute to future growth, taking from them being the leading provider in their key field to a leading tech-enabler for the buy side. This is a huge undertaking and you will tailor and position their message. They are and have been traditional ‘disruptors’ and they want to remain cutting-edge and different.

They have done some very exciting things and you should be a brilliant storyteller and outstanding engager of stakeholders and clients alike who can entertain, display gravitas and get buy in from all angles very quickly. You will be a team player who can work alone and will not have an ego. You will want to join a great culture where there is no traditional hierarchy.

What are and what should be the appropriate marketing strategies for both the group and also individual teams/functions
