The International HR team has a new opportunity for a an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join the team at our new offices in King William Street, London. Market Job Description

The International HR team has a new opportunity for a an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join the team at our new offices in King William Street, London.

The ER Consultant will have experience of managing a complex caseload and ability to provide advice and support to members of the wider HR team and line management on all aspects of the employment relationship including performance management, disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, and reductions in force.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Case manage end to end grievances, conduct and performance management cases
  • Undertake workplace investigations in collaboration with the Internal Investigations team
  • Provide expert advice on change management proposals
  • Partner closely with the HRBP team to provide expert advice on absenteeism issues
  • Partner with the EMEA Employee Relations Manager to develop proactive strategic solutions and initiatives and improve existing policies and procedures around management of ER cases 
  • Track, analyse and interpret ER metrics
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.


Market Skills and Certifications

  • HR experience in an international organization with a demonstrated full understanding of performance management and employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen
  • Working knowledge of EMEA wide employment legislation.
