The M-Wek Company are currently recruiting for a Client Services Analyst role on behalf of our client, a top tier FinTech firm in London, which looks like it could potentially be a good fit. They are looking for someone who is passionate about providing application and technical support for their Global client base. You will be client focused, have great communication and organisational skills and be able to work independently to resolve the clients’ issues.

You will be responsible for:

o Assisting clients when they experience incidents, managing them according to SLAs, including incidents during EMEA hours

o Managing and maintaining client static data

o Account management, providing platform advice and matching queries

o Working with other teams in the organization and working on various projects

The company is performing extremely well and is growing, and this new position will support this. They take the complex problems of both the markets and individual organisations and solve them in a creative way, so firms can implement the most cost-effective solution. This enables their clients to stay compliant and ahead of changes in the regulatory landscape, while allowing them to focus on seizing opportunities and growing their business safely and securely.

As such, you must be able to work well with the business, and gain a good understanding of the company and their clients. This opportunity would also suit somebody with a proven track record in Financial Markets, experience in a Client Services or client facing environment, and experience working with technology or suppliers internally/externally. Product knowledge in either FX, Synthetic Equities or Futures & Options is highly desired.
