A growing international sports broadcasting business is looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will provide insightful reporting and analysis around the media rights and liaising with a range of stake holders both internally and externally.
This Finance Manager position is a hands on role and requires someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty. The company is growing and therefore the Finance Manager will also be expected to constantly seek out improvements in processes, the quality of reporting & analysis as well as identifying potential commercial opportunities. Other aspects of the role include management of sales contracts, cashflow and a range of ad hoc project work.
The Finance Manager must be a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude as they will be expected to investigate and challenge variances. The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 1-2 years post-qualified experience either in a similar role or potentially making the first move out of practice. Exposure to the media, broadcast, sports or technology sectors would be preferable.
