Fund Accountant - Venture Capital Trusts

Role Overview

• Management accounts and reporting responsibilities for the fund
• Annual and interim reports, factsheets, Reg 22 submissions, board packs, LSE announcements of allotments and buybacks and other listed company regulatory requirements
• Ensuring accurate and timely management and financial reporting both internally and externally to our VCT boards, attending board meetings
• Ongoing monitoring of VCT status for the boards and PE team, regular communication to assess deployment requirements
• Ad hoc VCT reporting requests from the VCT boards, PE team, Investor Relations and Sales team
