Westbourne Partners is boutique recruitment agency with offices in the heart of the City of London, operating five separate divisions:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
International Banking & Finance
We work with clients globally; Asia, Europe, Far East, Middle East and the US.
Our International Banking & Finance team notably works globally; focusing on Senior (D/MD) mandates in the Middle East (Bahrain, Qatar and UAE), the Far East (Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore) as well as the UK within Audit, Capital Markets, Compliance, Finance, Private Banking, Risk, Strategy, Trading and Treasury skill-sets.
“Quant” team typically focus on the large US market- focusing on <10 clients that we have (mostly) worked with since inception. Our service offering covers retained & contingent recruiting, as well as providing clients with specific research, maps as well as defensive and recruitment-advisory services. Naturally, fees are “high” typically ranging from £50,000 - £500,000
Westbourne’s Technology recruitment business works on both a contract and permanent basis, with a strong bias towards IT Software roles within the UK and European finance sector, focused on the “senior” end of the market and benefiting from leveraging our other specialist markets. Clients include major Hedge Funds and Challenger bank.
AI and Machine Learning business spun out of our Quant business is focused on the highly research-driven AI space which we are very passionate about.
West-Coast USA focused, and working with some of the best-known global tech companies through to University-Linked research labs, we are proud to be associated with this pioneering industry,
Westbourne Fintech spun out of our Tech business, focussed on senior Sales and Professional Services mandates (Heads of Sales, Heads of PS, Country Heads) across the Americas (Inc. South America) and Europe with a number of the best know Vendors and Fintechs Globally.

We have an incredible opportunity for several high calibre graduates to join our London office with vacancies in the following teams:
International Banking & Finance
You will begin your career learning about the sector through delivering on specific research projects. If successful through the initial training period, you will go on to become a consultant, working directly with clients and candidates, making placements worldwide with some of the leading names in the industry.
Applicants must be highly organised, focused and driven with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work within a team. We are an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultancy and operate in an incredibly fast-paced environment, providing the right atmosphere for the motivated individual to thrive and succeed.
The role will include:
Candidate Management including identifying, approaching, interview organisation and closing;
Relationship building with clients and candidates;
Conducting market research and preparing reports;
Preparing company presentations;
Managing specific projects and candidate pipelines;
Maintaining company database;
Diary and Travel Management;
Skills and experience:
Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top University;
At least some experience in a sales role, ideally B2B telesales;
Strong Emotional Intelligence;
Effective communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
Ability to deal with individuals from different backgrounds;
Excellent team player;
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team;
Language skills desirable but not essential;
