ITSM Administrator – multiple vacancies! Based in Central London Global Investment Management client Permanent roles paying up to £50,000 plus generous benefits Skills and experience required include – ITSM Administration, ServiceNow expertise, experience with Change and Risk Management, Project Management experience, IT Governance. You will need an eye for detail as well as a passion for tech and change, you will be working in our dedicated tech team as an IT Service Management (ITSM) Administrator where you will be providing ITSM support across the core IT Governance processes. Utilising your experience in ServiceNow you will be helping to deliver change, providing administrative support for internal service management as well as ensuring the important governance responsibilities are met in line with all current process. What will you be doing? Administering weekly incident and high-risk change meetings ensuring minutes are accurate and complete Supporting an incident from creation through to closure Helping the process owners in ensuring the change process is adhered to for all change in the team Providing adhoc support utilising your ServiceNow experience To be successful in this role you will need; Extensive hands on experience with ServiceNow Hands on experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc If you are looking for a role you can really develop in and could give a masterclass in ServiceNow, then we have the role for you!
