Business Analyst (Fixed Income and MiFID II) required by large Investment Bank, based in London, to work on a major strategic project focusing on the impact of MiFID II on the bank's Fixed Income Derivatives businesses. You will also then be working on the Greenfield Brexit program following this delivery.

Business Analyst (Fixed Income and MiFID II) required by large Investment Bank, based in London, to work on a major strategic project focusing on the impact of MiFID II on the bank's Fixed Income Derivatives businesses. You will also then be working on the Greenfield Brexit program following this delivery.

For this position you will need to have recent and extensive Investment Banking exposure coupled with strong cross-asset (Derivatives) knowledge. Working knowledge of Fixed Income or other asset classes. Awareness of Front-to-Back processing. Knowledge of MiFID (I / II), EMIR and Dodd Frank will be ideal as these are regulations impacting the business.

Business Analysis skills (managing the requirements process), project documentation such as BRD (Business Requirements Document) and understanding of 'User Cases'. Knowledge of the Trade / Development Lifecycle (not hands on). Stakeholder Management skills. Technical Skills are not key but you will be expected to have to have some SQL skills or Modelling. UML - (Flow diagrams, swim lanes, process flow diagrams, screen flow diagrams, etc for data mapping) and understanding the Test Lifecycle.

The main responsibilities of the role are to produce high-level functional interpretations of the Business Requirements, to ensure that the implementations of MiFID II/MiFIR business requirements are consistent across systems and across asset classes.
