Our client is an international asset management firm with a global presence. They're now seeking to add a proven salesperson/business developer to their European team.

The firm is a leading name in their specific market and have been expanding at a steady pace over a number of years, supported by strong fund performance and an ongoing significant increase in AUM.

The role will focus on targeting new institutional clients across Europe, with a concentration on pension funds, insurance companies, wealth funds, private banks, distributors and other sophisticated investors, as well as developing relationships with local wholesale/retail partners, in particular wealth managers. 

The target candidate will have a strong background in selling asset management or hedge fund products to a similar institutional and retail client base, preferably with previous experience marketing equity strategies, and will have a pan-European regional coverage, or more specifically across one or more of the following regions: Italy, Switzerland and France.

The successful candidate will join an impressive, successful and well-respected firm, and will play a crucial role in the development and progress of the fund's impact in the European markets. Although ideally based in London, and the firm will happily consider those candidates wishing to be based on the Continent.
