New Street Research is seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Salesperson who will forge and maintain client relationships with investment management firms, focused across Europe. Working closely with the Research Team, this individual will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations to closing. Strong sales / client retention track record and exceptional communication skills required. Candidate should be highly motivated and self-directed, with a deep understanding of the markets and the various vehicles investor’s demand and traditional/non-traditional investment strategies.

What one will do in this role:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and trust with analysts, portfolio managers, directors of research, CIOs, and broker liaisons
  • Facilitate engagement with institutional clients that is tailored to each client’s needs including bespoke events, corporate access, analyst marketing and more
  • Illustrate deep knowledge of all aspects of New Street’s equity research methodology and institutional research services
  • Oversee account management, including leading contract negotiations and maintaining strong relationships with broker liaisons
  • Grow gross revenue and average revenue per account while limiting churn
  • Provide thoughtful feedback on the research product and the market, both from yourself and from clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive firm growth
