Overview of Responsibilities

• Support the drafting of investment models for both equity and debt real estate opportunities;
• Involvement in property transactions and portfolio management;
• Assist with the drafting of deal summaries for the senior investment team;
• Collate, organise and present market data including transaction flows, capital market trends and key transactions;
• Actively updating the investment pipeline and managing the deal flow;
• Building investment committee reports;
• Attending and participating to onsite meetings with service providers including agents, architects, building managers and contractors;
• Assisting Asset Managers in asset management budget, reporting and specific value-add initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A previous internship experience in real estate, real estate debt, private debt or private equity is recommended
• A self-starter, open minded and proactive attitude
• Flexible mindset capable of multitasking and able to coordinate a variety of workstreams
• A genuine interest for real estate investments
• Excellent mathematical proficiency coupled with good verbal and writing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack, especially Excel/VBA
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Proficiency in English required; a second European language is an advantage

For this position, we require the candidates to have the right to work full time in the UK and with the availability to start in June/July for a minimum 6-month internship.
