Jupiter’s Investment 20/20 Programme

Our programme is a one-year opportunity designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to help you secure permanent work either at Jupiter or elsewhere in financial services. The 2018 Investment 20/20 intake will join as a cohort on 28th August 2018.

You will receive:

  • A one-year contract in your desired role
  • A dedicated line manager focused on supporting your development
  • A buddy from a previous intake
  • A two-day induction providing you with useful information to help you start your career
  • On-the-job training
  • Structured soft skills and technical training
  • Invitations to Investment 20/20 industry and social events
  • Invitations to Jupiter’s Sports, Social and Arts events
  • A salary of £21,000, plus benefits (incl. non-contributory pension, medical insurance and study leave for company approved qualifications)

You and your fellow cohort members will also participate in a charitable fundraising project and have the opportunity, through our Ambassador Programme, to return to their school, college or university to raise awareness of Jupiter and the Programme.

2018 Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for the following i20/20 roles:           

  • Corporate Communications Trainee - The team is responsible for internal and external corporate communications, and global media relations.
  • Fund Client Services Apprentice - The team is responsible for monitoring and managing relationships with suppliers associated with our funds and clients.
  • Legal/Compliance Trainee - The team is responsible for ensuring Jupiter conducts its business in line with the applicable industry regulations and laws.
  • Marketing Trainee - The team is responsible for building the Jupiter brand and product awareness to new and existing clients.
  • Operations: Portfolio Services Apprentice - The team is responsible for the oversight and control of our accounting data for our institutional clients.
  • Risk: Portfolio Analytics Trainee - The team is responsible for analysing the performance of our funds against competitive benchmarks and summarising data into reports for Fund Managers.
  • Technology: Business Analyst Apprentice - The team is responsible for oversight and delivery of business and technology change projects across the organisation.
  • Technology: Service Desk Apprentice - The team is responsible for providing IT technical support to employees in accordance with internal precdures and to agreed service levels.
  • Trading Operations Apprentice - The team is responsible for the confirmation and settlement of all Jupiter trades.
