The Person

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent mandarin would be an advantage
  • Interest in financial markets and products (CFDs, Spread Betting, Social Trading)
  • Back office work experience, preferably in the retail finance industry but not essential
  • A real desire and ambition to succeed
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with a strong work ethic

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out and managing all incoming and outgoing payments
  • Processing client transfers and bonus payments
  • Investigating and resolving of payment issues and queries
  • Dealing with KYC documents and overseeing the account opening process
  • Supporting the trading desk with numerous tasks
  • Working closely with the front office client services, compliance and sales teams
  • Additional administrative tasks
