Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in M&A
- Prior experience in Consumer, Business Services or TMT
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent academics
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial valuations and discounted cash flow models
- Assisting on due diligence processes with senior team members
- Assisting on deal negotiation and execution
- Working on the origination and business development for the firm
