Deloitte are looking for senior consultants and managers with aviation experience who understand the challenges facing the aviation sector from safety and regulatory development, commercial drivers and models, to system wide integration. Your role

You will work integrating aviation and data capabilities for our commercial clients including developing strategies, business models and data integration best practice. You will help government with the development of the industry through a deep understanding of the regulatory, safety, economic and societal challenges of the integrating autonomous systems.

Include specific responsibilities
•Apply engineering, business operations and data best practices to the aviation sector for the integration of autonomous systems to enable market leading solutions
•Engagement with client and industry partners to deliver best value to our customers
•Develop and train others in the business to better understand the solutions and strategies deployed by the firm around aviation
•Develop and promote Deloittes aviation capabilities making it a market leader in unmanned autonomous aviation systems and digital airspace
•Generate and deliver capability briefs and presentations including supporting and managing bid preparation and responses
•Work in and manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your professional experience

•Minimum 5 years aviation experience (essential)
•Previous project and program management experience (essential)
•A demonstrable knowledge of the aviation regulatory environment (previous post holder in either an AOC, PFCO, Part 145 •Previous experience of safety, risk model and simulation development
•Experience of developing and implementing data or operational transformational strategies
•Demonstrable commercial application of unmanned aviation benefits across multiple sectors
•Will be customer focussed with good commercial awareness
•Will be capable of working with minimal supervision and as part of a small team working to tight deadlines
•Will have an exceptional standard of presentation and communication skills in order to provide credible advice to customers, stakeholders and senior leadership.
