An established investment management business is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its Channel Marketing team. This is a broad and varied opportunity within a highly regarded organisation, supporting marketing activity aimed at advisers, wealth managers and other professional audiences.

The role combines event management, digital marketing and client communications, offering exposure across a wide range of marketing channels. Working closely with marketing, sales and investment teams, you will play an important role in delivering campaigns, events and content that support client engagement and business development objectives.

This opportunity would suit an organised and proactive marketing professional with a background in financial services who is looking to build their experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

• Taking ownership of the delivery and coordination of flagship client events and conferences
• Managing webinar activity from setup through to live delivery and post-event reporting
• Coordinating event logistics, suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Supporting sales teams with marketing materials, branded assets and event-related communications
• Managing attendee communications and responding to event enquiries in a timely manner
• Producing and distributing marketing content to support campaigns and wider business objectives
• Building and deploying marketing emails through dedicated marketing platforms
• Supporting social media activity, with a particular focus on LinkedIn engagement
• Maintaining and updating website content in collaboration with internal teams
• Assisting with campaign delivery, supplier management and marketing administration
• Tracking event and campaign performance, providing insight and feedback to support future activity
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to support wider marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience within financial services marketing, ideally with exposure to events and client communications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience coordinating events, webinars or client-facing marketing activity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, with an appreciation for presentation quality and brand standards
• Experience working with email marketing platforms and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with website content management systems and social media channels
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of deliverables
• Interest in developing knowledge of investment products and the wider financial services industry
