Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit a Meeting & Research Co-ordinator to join our busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective companies for WTax’s line of services and solutions
  • Building target prospect lists and executing cold outreach processes
  • Initial contact and qualifying prospects in accordance with set criteria
  • Present and articulate Wtax’s product features, value propositions and benefits
  • Generate new business opportunities from outbound call and email campaign activity to researched prospects
  • Manage an early stage sales lead pipeline that drives performance and tasks
  • Arrange quality sales meetings with prospects
  • Data entry of prospect and contact data in CRM database
  • Providing feedback to management on effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Articulate, confident, with excellent writing ability
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • An understanding of tax/VAT would be optimal but not required
  • Desire to further their career in a sales capacity
