Are you ready to take this next step in your career? Want to be part of a dynamic team that uses ground-breaking technologies? Our London office has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Non-Trading Support Analyst to join our growing CTO / WSS area.

You will support systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations. You will contribute to the build and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies and serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical desktop support resource, providing technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of a team or as an individual contributor.

What skills and qualifications will you ideally possess?

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree, or equivalent experience, is helpful
  • Industry or role specific experience
  • Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCSA/MCP's)

Skills:
  • PC/Laptop/Virtual Terminal Support knowledge (XP/Windows 7) including Windows Office Suites and core application suites.
  • Market Data troubleshooting experience including Reuters Eikon, Bloomberg (including BB Anywhere)
  • Mobile connectivity (E.g. Blackberry/MAS/RemotePC)

  • Uses state of the art Technology - Utilise multiple bank tools and systems to assess and understand supported environment
  • Demonstrates Analytical Skills - Assist in resolution of complex issues during high stress situations
  • Demonstrates Attention to Detail - Look for anomalies in the environment that have caused or have the potential to cause operational instability
  • Communicates and Influences - Communicate to and influence all levels of the organisation
  • Maintains a solid focus on customer/client needs
  • Communicates in a clear and logical manner, focusing on key points
  • Displays deep knowledge of common installation, advanced configuration and in-depth troubleshooting
