Our client a highly regarded P.E. firm based in the West End are looking for an exceptional, confident and warm/professional Office Manager to oversee the running of the office. The company are global and have circa 100 employees in London. This is a newly created and busy/involved role with lots of autonomy and responsibility. Our perfect candidate would be someone with a solid background as an Office Manager within a P.E./A.M company. Duties will include:-
Overseeing the day to day running of the office
Manage London events - Summer Party, Christmas Party, lunches, drinks.
Recruitment - Assistant/Reception roles
Overseeing refurbishment of areas of office to ensure prestine and 5 star at all times
Working with HR on various projects
Office budgeting, liaising with suppliers, florists etc.
