Day to day you will:

• Analyse timesheet, resource utilisation and project performance data, producing executive reporting packs, dashboards and insights that help senior leaders make informed decisions on workforce planning, productivity and strategic priorities.
• Drive consistency and data quality across the business by championing the effective use of Jira and Tempo, promoting accurate time recording, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting, productivity and project outcomes.
• Support the successful delivery of strategic projects by monitoring milestones and budgets, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project progress is clearly communicated through timely status reporting and performance analysis.
