Here at Lloyds Banking Group we are recruiting a Personal Assistant position to support two Audit Director's.

Group Internal Audit at Lloyds Banking Group plays a critical role in the Group as the third line of defence against risk. We are responsible for providing independent, objective assurance about the effectiveness of the Group's control and governance processes to the Board.

We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Operational Resilience and Transformation Audit Director and the Finance, People & Culture Audit Director, helping to manage their demanding workloads. Due to the nature of the work carried out in Group Internal Audit you will need to demonstrate the upmost integrity and discretion while in this role and maintain confidentiality at all times.

In addition to managing busy schedules for the Audit Directors you'll also be involved in providing full secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, presentation and confidentiality at all times. You will plan and help organise the daily routine of the Audit Directors and proactively maintain an accurate diary of commitments and manage all manner of electronic filing on behalf of the Audit Director.

You will organise workshops, meetings, room bookings, refreshments as required and support the preparation of presentations, briefing papers, documents, reports and packs as required. A key part of your role will be to read and respond to emails, where appropriate, and arrange all travel for the Audit Directors.

You will maintain and update HR records for the Audit Directors team and organise IT equipment and elements of onboarding for new joiners to the team as required. You will proactively look for opportunities to add value by supporting colleagues, process improvement and positively challenge the way we do things.

As our successful candidate you'll need to have proven experience in a similar role, possess a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and drive. Above all you need to have a positive can-do attitude.
