Our Implementation team has a great reputation for achieving high value outcomes in delivery, advisory or capability building roles on our clients' most complex programmes and portfolios. Our work ranges from large scale transformation often involving significant information technology and change management challenges, through to 'hard' engineering or technology delivery. We have a distinctive capability in 'building delivery excellence through business design, organisational development, and building projects cultures to help clients improve their business performance.

As a consultant, you will tackle challenging, stimulating and innovative work at all stages of your career. Our current assignments include: improving the performance of NHS trusts; leading work across organisational boundaries in defence and security programmes, management of a technology enabled change in finance organisations; leading transformation programmes in the transport, utility, government, and life Sciences and helping a consumer company to develop and market innovative new products. We use a range of different approaches from agile through to system thinking.

Job Requirements
We are seeking to grow our team of talented individuals with the potential to become the future leaders of transformation and delivery projects and who currently have a successful track record of working within a projects environment. Whilst we recruit across all industries and public services, this opening targets individuals with financial services industry knowledge within the following areas:

• Open Banking (PSD2)
• Agile
• Risk and Compliance
• Finance and Risk Transformation
• IFRS17

You will be able to demonstrate career progression with increasing responsibility in project roles, for example, in transformation, IT or engineering; have strengths in business analysis, problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as commercial acumen, so you are able to formulate and deliver creative, value adding solutions to client issues. You will be degree level qualified, with a 2:1 or equivalent and will have demonstrated a drive for personal and professional progression within your chosen field.

It is desirable to have and be looking to enhance:
• experience of working at all levels in an organisation.
• the ability to demonstrate your leadership skills on substantial projects with large teams, or change programmes involving significant performance improvement.
• an understanding of project / business change methodologies, processes, techniques and issues.
• an aptitude for delivering creative solutions; and
• an appetite for the development of new business.

Based from our head office in London you should expect to travel and work on client sites; you need to have the unconditional right to work across Europe.
