My client a leading Tier-1 investment bank with operations all over the globe is currently recruiting for a Process SME to join them on a contract basis in London. You’ll be joining there Workday Programme which is a part of the HR Digital Transformation team, which is a fundamental building block in HR’s contribution to the Bank’s digitalization strategy.

My client a leading Tier-1 investment bank with operations all over the globe is currently recruiting for a Process SME to join them on a contract basis in London. You’ll be joining there Workday Programme which is a part of the HR Digital Transformation team, which is a fundamental building block in HR’s contribution to the Bank’s digitalization strategy.

The focus of the team is to enable a Digital Workplace through Core Platform Simplification, Operations Transformation, and e2e process delivery. This includes redesigning workplace tools to ensure clarity around responsibility, embed a culture of personal responsibility, increasing transparency and reinforcing the standards to which we hold ourselves. The end-user experience is key to driving the most efficient and effective design.

 

Skills

  • Experience in defining and documenting processes e2e
  • Understanding at least one of the core focus areas of human resources, ie Core HR, performance management
  • Interest in HR technology
  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Experience of working in a project team and ideally with external vendors
  • Proven ability of gathering and driving functional requirements and effective stakeholder management at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
  • Understanding of object-oriented and relational model concepts
  • Proven ability to think strategically and work collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the e2e process design across all global processes to deliver fully documented e2e processes within and outside Workday, ServiceNow and other enabling technologies
  • Co-lead design and configuration workshops from a process stream and document outcomes of the workshops from a process perspective
  • Follow-up with Subject Matter Experts to close out open process points
  • Recommend process efficiencies and present same at appropriate governance groups within and outside the programme; preparing governance materials to support recommendations
  • Work across programme work streams and facilitate e2e thinking in the programme
  • Partner with Implementation Consultants and colleagues to research 'special topics;' provide recommendations to resolve or mitigate potential issues and document
  • Act as internal 'user-group' for User Experience
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure Processes work e2e as designed
  • Act as a project expert during deployment of the programme, supporting colleagues across the business and HR in the transition to digitalization
