Duties and Responsibilities - "Your Role"

You will be a product consultant in the Global Markets Group of IHS Markets, working in the customer success group.

You will be responsible for working closely with clients on their existing product and services to ensure clients are seeing a return on their investment and become deeply engaged, strategic partners.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting client health checks, identifying critical goals and key performance indicators for each client to clearly understand and measure client satisfaction
  • Provide consultative guidance on best practices for deep software adoption, advising on product capabilities and potential application to customer's unique requirements
  • Promoting awareness to assigned clients of latest release features and functionality
  • Providing and/or directing clients to training resources to ensure optimum usage across the organization
  • Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated issues

Job Requirements - "About You"

You are a strong communicator who can present and influence credibly at all levels of an organisation internally and externally. You are a natural at building strong relationships and gaining credibility as a trusted advisor amongst client decision makers within the Syndicate, Sales, technology and banking departments of European Financial Markets clients. You are thoughtful and engage in getting to know and understand your client's business, strategic goals and how they define success with our solutions. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and assist in roll out efforts (training, advice, application for new use cases, etc.) and are not shy about guiding clients who need our help.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • French speaking
  • Related experience, including a proven track record performing in an account management or client success role
  • Established ability to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Knowledge of utilizing Salesforce to track customer activity and opportunities
  • Flexibility to travel to clients when needed
