Programme Test Manager

Programme Test Manager

You will join as an experienced Programme Test Manager to drive planning and execution for a major front to back implementation. The duration of the contract is approx. 6 month and we will consider both contractors and a fixed term contract.

You will have experience driving out test planning using requirement and user working groups; planning execution of the testing (resource and environment readiness, user readiness, entry/exit criteria and test scripts); driving the test itself including daily status. You will also be proactive in working through test issues, bringing together the individuals or teams required to push through an issue so that testing delays are minimised.

This stream will involve a full front to back flow including trade capture, risk management and regulatory reporting. We have a firm deadline in which to complete the delivery, so you will also participate in prioritisation sessions for testing so that we manage coverage of key risk areas.

You will be able to demonstrate the successful implementation of complex test programmes across multiple workstreams. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work schedule and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure. You will have the ability to effectively communicate and engage with project stakeholders on different levels and build strong relationships between Business and Technology Teams.

If you have a successful track record of managing the delivery of projects and initiatives and possess strong Test Management experience, please apply now.
