ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Assess regulatory impact and drive organisational readiness for Capco's clients in conjunction with the regulators, in preparation for Brexit, and further EEA regulations to ensure clients are and remain compliant. 
• Deliver complex change projects for leading Capital Markets clients, and resolve any risks or issues that may arise during Brexit, Brexit-related, legal entity or client migration programmes.
• Manage inter- and cross-programme dependencies, both internal and external, and ensure milestones are met. 
• Conduct impact analysis on processes, systems and the entire F2B infrastructure in support of regulatory-driven or other market change, e.g. Brexit. 
• Advise clients, and establish a collaborative relationship with project teams & stakeholders across multiple locations and functions. 
• Drive or manage system integration, user acceptance or performance testing. 
• Work on or deliver against all phases of the project lifecycle, and support the clients with best practice.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Building credible, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Recent experience in the Front to Back project lifecycle in a Business Analysis, Change Management or Project management capacity, ideally with a management consultancy, leading analysis and shaping key deliverables (e.g. process models, functional specifications, business requirements, data requirements)
• Credible industry expertise in the Capital Markets space with front to back understanding of trade lifecycle (Pre Trade, Execution, Trade Capture, Risk, Confirmations, Valuations, Settlements), preferably with expertise in one or multiple asset classes and understanding of the trade booking model
• Consistent record of high quality delivery and exposure to different methodologies and approaches (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience working in, or leading large and complex change programmes and projects, such as post-merger integrations or client migration programmes, with multiple workstreams and regulatory driven outcomes, such as Brexit readiness or Brexit-related programmes.
• Experience in supporting organisational changes such as legal entity creation or assessing regulatory impact for Capital Markets clients
