Property and Contracts Manager

• Contract Management:
o Conduct effective monitoring of vendors and budgets (through service reviews, due diligence, KPI/SLA monitoring, peer reviews etc.) – includes escalating issues/disputes both internally and externally.
o To prepare timely and accurate detailed reports and analysis for management information.
o Specifically oversee and maintain the BCP- related Corporate Services activities.
o Maintain all relevant information databases e.g. supplier info, contract info, service review notes etc.
• Project Management:
o Lead/contribute to the planning, effective delivery and subsequent integration of all projects and churn
• More broadly, as a key part of the Corporate Services team, to provide advice, guidance and where required hands-on assistance when needed
• These and any other responsibilities that may reasonably be requested

• Personal qualities:
o Strong organisational skills, logical approach to problem solving and a proven ability to prioritise between competing demands
o A team player with the ability to lead
o Calm and mature, with the gravitas to drive contractor performance as well as engage with senior Winton staff
o Intelligent, flexible and highly motivated.  IT literate
o A discreet character with evident integrity, able to work sensitively and appropriately in private family properties without causing any disturbance and understanding entirely the context and priorities that surround such work

• Professional Experience/qualifications

o Knowledge and experience of Electrical Engineering
o Substantive experience in the delivery of Corporate Services
o Experience of successful delivery of projects involving multiple stakeholders
o Contract management experience
o Demonstrable technical knowledge and experience in M&E operations, including professional qualifications
o A current and clean driving licence
