My client is a leading Fintech client who is an award winning, growth-stage FinTech company offering an innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) service. They’re currently looking for a QE Lead with excellent hands on technical skills. The successful QA Lead will work within an Agile/Scrum team to contribute to the delivery of he organizations applications. You will be responsible for quality within the development team, whilst also contributing to a wider Test Strategy within the organization's Test community. You will be expected to help the team set the best testing strategy for each project and build the automated tooling associated with it.
As a Quality Engineering (QE) Lead, you will be accountable for driving quality and champion defect prevention/early defect detection. You will be accountable for maximizing test coverage and using business analysis techniques to optimize testing activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for ecosystem/program/large projects (might assume planning execution accountability). You will lead the technical test effort and coaching junior resources.
