Regulatory Reporting Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager within the team, you be involved in all aspects of Group Regulatory Reporting. This is a varied role, supporting the various entities in the production of regulatory reporting obligations (COREP, FINREP, Statistical), capital forecasting as part of the ICAAP process, production of Pillar 3 templates and ad-hoc requests.
A strong technical understanding of the CRR/Basel rules and how these are applied through the reporting layer in regulatory returns is essential. You will need to be hands on and review the daily regulatory calculations prepared by off shore teams, review periodic capital and liquidity returns for (non-UK) EMEA regulated entities and review periodic FSA and Bank of England returns for the UK regulated entities, including the London Branch of Macquarie Bank Limited. A track record of implementing process change and delivery on new obligations in highly valued.
To be successful in this role you will be a team player, willing to help wherever required, and you will have a practical and well organised approach to work. You will also be able to demonstrate a work history of delivering to deadlines, the ability to apply judgement and to escalate issues where appropriate.
You will also need to bring the following skills:
- 10 years' experience in Regulatory Reporting across Capital, Liquidity, Statistical reports
- experience in understanding ICAAPs and Capital planning
- experience working with systems processing large volumes of data, and the controls required to manage such systems, will be well regarded
- prior experience working with AXIOM and/or PeopleSoft
