cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in London. They are seeking a Relationship Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.

The role holder is primarily responsible for driving profitable volume growth through value added sales and service of Commercial / SME

customers. They target and manage an assigned portfolio of customers within the commercial credit business segments.

The responsibilities will include:

1. Provide RM/RSO support on complex credit queries as a subject matter expert.
2. Support HoBB with MI, governance, meetings, minutes and presentations.
3. Support branch initiatives, including moratorium projects and rota planning.
4. Prepare and present cases to Country Credit Committee.
5. Promote employee engagement and behaviours.
6. Build client relationships through networking, visits and appointments.
7. Generate Trade, FX and Sirat referrals.
8. Achieve account opening and deposit targets.
9. Manage branch portfolios in line with TCF guidelines.
10. Achieve branch lending and deposit growth targets.
11. Negotiate client asset and deposit proposals.
12. Lead branch MI and data analysis.
13. Support interns with training and project requirements.
14. Submit proposals to Credit and Account Opening teams.
15. Deliver lending disbursements in line with branch targets.
16. Manage credit renewals within policy and deadlines.
17. Monitor compliance entries and transactions.
18. Ensure account openings meet SLA requirements.
19. Monitor excesses and manage key account KRIs.
20. Apply the Balanced Scorecard across Customer, Colleague, Control and Commercial objectives.
21. Coach and train RM/RSOs to achieve KPIs.
22. Support Quality Assurance and stakeholder units.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Minimum 5 years’ banking/RM experience and line management experience.
2. Hold required professional qualifications and maintain CPD records.
3. Comply with regulatory requirements, Individual Conduct Rules and Certification Regime.
4. Demonstrate product, process, client, portfolio and regulatory knowledge.
