Our client, a well known asset manager, is looking for a proactive sales support professional who is looking to develop their career in asset management and help to grow the London region.

Main responsibilities:

• Work together with the Sales Manager to develop the London discretionary market
• Be an expert on the London discretionary market, building strong relationships across private banks, wealth managers and fund of funds
• Answer incoming client queries on product and provide performance data
• Identify new sales opportunities and help launch new products
• Proactively engage with current and prospective clients with a view to enhancing the ongoing business relationship
• Conduct client meetings and present on the business’ funds alongside or instead of the Sales Manager
• Attend industry events and follow up proactively with contacts


• Experience within client servicing or sales support at an asset manager
• Knowledge of the discretionary client channel, ideally with UK experience
• Genuine interest in the investment management industry, ideally with an IMC qualification
• Broad investment product knowledge
• Outstanding client relationship and communication skills
• High attention to detail
