We analyse market fundamentals and forecast price movements. We look at the issue from every angle: from OPEC dynamics and deep water production, through to trade flows and data trends. We examine how policy can influence carbon prices and the uptake of electric vehicles, how the weather shapes natural gas storage numbers, and much more besides. We develop in-depth research by combining our extensive data models with our network of high-level industry contacts and our forward-looking views on all major market trends. Our team has an industry-wide reputation for providing relevant, insightful and timely commentary.


We offer a number of subscription services spanning our research products which can be tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs. With hundreds of major brands and thousands of subscribers already signed up, the focus for this position is pre/post-sales support, events management and operational support for the sales team.

This is not a nine to five position and will require flexibility and the drive to go beyond when needed, ensuring excellent client care and delivery of service. Although collaboration is key to our business, successful candidates will be able to work independently and be capable of planning and prioritising own workload to ensure success.

  • Fulfilling client support request as needed, while maintaining outstanding customer support
  • Provide effective operational support for the sales team
  • Management of Sales Support Executives (presently 1 FTE)
  • Ensure our clients globally receive appropriate levels of analyst access via on-site visits or events
  • Preparing detailed sales related reports for monthly management meetings and on an ad-hoc basis
  • Assigning sales revenue to appropriate departments
  • Prepare commission statements
  • Support clients with contractual and compliance issues
  • Take overall responsibility for orders, sales paperwork and CRM system adherence
  • Managing EA events including preparing the invite list, with feedback from sales, drafting and sending invites through the EA Events system, and maintaining the RSVP list
  • Preparation of marketing material

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, INDEX & MATCH)

  • Project planning and event planning experience
  • Experience of leading others with a focus on being an enabler to continuous performance improvement’
  • Report writing and basic understanding of financial analysis
  • Experience with CRM and other IT systems
  • Comfortable talking with clients up to c-suite
