iKas International are currently recruiting for a Front Office Product Support (Salesforce) on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading investment bank who are looking for an industry recognised Product Support with solid knowledge of Salesforce products. Sitting within one of the banks most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished product support with sound skills of JavaSpring, LINUX, UNIX and Tier 1 CRM.

Skills Required:

You will need to have proven experience in Investment Banking with extensive Salesforce CRM skills. You will have prior exposure using Windows Server, UNIX and MS-SQL with a good understanding of interface / data feed troubleshooting.

Excellent Understanding of:

  • 3+ years Salesforce CRM experience (Tier1CRM)
  • Good understanding of JavaSpring
  • Knowledge of UNIX, Windows Server and interface / data feed troubleshooting
  • Solid background in Front Office (Including delivery of software solutions)
  • JIRA and confluence skills
  • Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
  • Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
