Our client is a leading global Alternative Asset Manager who is seeking a technical client services specialist to join the growing team in London. The successful person will be responsible for the servicing and onboarding new and existing of institutional and wholesale clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Be the primary point of contact for technical institutional clients across EMEA 
  • Onboarded large separate accounts across EMEA 
  • Have a strong understanding of clients portfolios
  • Resolving queries and client requests
  • Work closely and develop excellent relationships with internal teams including, Sales, Portfolio Management,  portfolio analysis, risk & reporting, compliance  and product . 
  • Cross-Selling 
  • Develop strong product knowledge
  • Host client review meetings 

 

Requirements

  • University Degree (2.1 or above)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in client management role within asset management 
  • Interest in financial markets
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed income and alternatives
  • Knowledge of both open and closed-end funds 
  • IMC/CFA or similar 
  • Understanding of UCITS/SICAV’s
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in another language would be an advantage
