Selby Jennings are working on behalf of a market leading Financial Data and Analytics firm who are looking to build out their Senior Sales team. Here you will be focused on building new business throughout the banking industry across the EMEA region in a young and growing firm.

Responsibilities of the Sales Director:

  • Prospecting new clients and managing a pipeline of new accounts
  • Negotiating commercial terms with clients
  • Generating a pipeline of leads and client referrals
  • Representing the firm and its products
  • Be the go to person for managing incoming queries from external parties
  • Actively seek new business opportunities with new and existing clients

Requirements of the Sales Director:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience building new business with a successful track record
  • Relevant work experience in credit risk, fixed income solutions or capital markets.
  • Past experience working with top tier banking institutions
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages beneficial
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with non existing clients
