My client is a global asset manager who are looking to add a solutions manager to their London based team.

As a Solutions Manager focussing on Fiduciary Management clients, you will join the team responsible for the delivery of our Fiduciary Management proposition to UK pension schemes and other institutional clients. This includes:

• Work closely with our clients to understand and capture the outcome they want

• Design tailored investment strategies to meet specific client needs

• Deliver our clients’ agreed investment strategies by working in partnership with our investment teams

• Evolve our fiduciary offering by bringing new ideas and working with stakeholders across the business to implement changes 

• Help us to grow our business by developing relationships with prospective clients and others involved in the selection and retention of fiduciary services

• Help us to enhance our brand by producing thought leadership material, and presenting at conferences and other events

• Work with our legal and compliance experts to ensure our fiduciary business meets its regulatory obligations

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• Great communication and team working skills and a collaborative attitude

• The ability to work co-operatively with a range of groups to deliver complex tasks

• Care and diligence in completing accurate analysis and solution design, and the desire to make the way we do things more robust, scalable and efficient

• A commercial outlook, including the ability to build professional relationships to grow the fiduciary business

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

• CFA or FIA qualified or equivalent 

• Knowledge of pension scheme funding issues and methodologies and the UK pension scheme regulatory environment

• Working knowledge of asset and/or liability modelling and coding languages
