Roles and responsibilities:
L2/L3 level support required for the following areas:
Incident Management - Works on incidents(P1/P2) and service calls (P3/P4)
Change Management - involving in changes (Software updates, Configuration changes and Certificate renewals with respect to IFEvA tools)
Service Transition - Deployment activities
Problem Management - Reviewing and working on problem management tickets
Strong knowledge on Unix/Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, BizTalk Administration and strong communication skills
Java/Scripting/Ansible, some knowledge on HP Service Manager tools and Windows and Unix/Linux OS knowledge.
ITIL Process knowledge is added advantage.
