We are now looking for a new consultant to help assist in developing our already well established candidate & client base. You should have at least 6 months Compliance or Financial Crime experience in the UK whether from an in-house department, a consultancy or a regulator, as we believe that doing this role does not need previous recruitment experience (everyone has to start somewhere after all!) just common sense and an understanding of our marketplace.
We are not sales driven e.g. do not believe in enforcing any targets, but do offer a generous commission structure and the opportunity to utilise our databases, facilities, marketing & personal support (including full training) as part of a developing company with a strong brand (and with the possibility of equity participation in the longer term). We will also encourage you to get out & about attending conferences & networking events both to develop your contacts and to maintain an up to date knowledge of the ever changing regulatory climate.
