Team Administrator and Project Support -Technology Production Services

Reporting to the Global Head of Technology Production.  Responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Production Services Department.   The focus of the role will be:    • Providing administrative support to the Global Head Technology Production and the Senior Production Services

Reporting to the Global Head of Technology Production.  Responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Production Services Department.
 
The focus of the role will be:
  
• Providing administrative support to the Global Head Technology Production and the Senior Production Services Management Team
• Assisting in the management of projects and initiatives within the department
  
The Administrator will work closely with the Senior Management team and have close interaction with Technology Business Management, Infrastructure, Change Teams and Business clients.
  
 Key responsibilities:
  
• To act as a professional support to projects and initiatives in the form of organising meetings/note taking/action point follow up
• To provide document support of a high quality to the management team including presentation documentation, spreadsheets and reports 
• To manage and develop the department's intranet site
• To co-ordinate training, department meetings and events
• To oversee the process of managing the departments budgets, invoices and expenses
• To manage the administration for new joiners and their induction to the department
• To provide administrative support in managing global OLA’s/SLA’s and Terms of Engagements
• To provide administrative support with maintaining accurate records and reports for periodic MI
• Managing diary, expenses and making travel arrangements for the Global Head of Technology Production
 
Essential Skills 
  
• Educated to BA/BSc or equivalent level 
• Demonstrable experience in a similar environment 
• Excellent IT skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Ability to quickly learn various technical packages (SharePoint for intranet &Tableau for reporting)
• Good interpersonal skills at all levels
• Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
• A collegiate working style and an aptitude for training and developing others
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
Desirable Skills
  
• Experience of working with internal teams and third parties to ensure that requirements are met within agreed timescales
• Experience of supporting project work
