Tech Support Analyst

Tech Support Analyst

We are looking to hire an energetic and customer focussed Tech Support Analyst to join our Technology team in London, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will provide technology support to Macquarie's internal staff across our UK offices, over the phone and face-to-face via a walk-up support desk for local staff. You will be logging incidents and requests for continued problem resolution and tracking and maintain direct contact with users through the lifecycle of an incident or request.

As the first point of contact, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You will have a flexible and easy-going manner, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a Help Desk / Desktop Support role, with strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 is highly desirable. Coupled with experience of working with iOS and Android Mobility device support as well an understanding of Citrix and VMware based applications, will set you up for success.

If you are looking to work in an innovative and growing organisation, then please apply now.
