Description

The Technical Business Analyst/Program Manager will be part of a team providing Program Management and Business Analysis for a number of firm wide technology transformation initiatives, including the Universal Archive Service Program and the Records Management Technology Program. The successful candidate will support the development and adoption of these services across all LOBs.

Role
The Technical Business Analyst/Program Manager role will consist of:

  • Manage and support multiple projects, ensuring they are well defined, aligned to business goals, well documented and appropriately reported
  • Translate business and design requirements from Compliance into technical requirements for the technology implementation teams
  • Perform analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements for multiple streams across the Records Management Technology program
  • Ensure the provision of program level and stream level metrics around the records management estate
  • Close interaction with all LOBs to ensure requirements are understood and met
  • Close interaction with Compliance and Legal to understand the various requirements across all legislations JP operates in.
  • Manage and assist with product RFPS, proof of concepts, pilots and production roll-out
  • Present technology analysis/design and feedback to stakeholders
Qualifications

Skills
  • Understanding of Financial Services Regulations that impact Technology, for example GDPR (EU), MIFID II
  • Knowledge of data management and records management concepts
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills
  • Experience using Qlikview for data reporting and aggregation
  • Understand the basics of systems architecture
  • Awareness of cyber and technology controls pertaining to Technology solutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to generate and maintain support for challenging goals that optimize GT performance.
  • Analytical mind, service-minded approach and keen to resolve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Excellent business analysis, test planning, activity planning skills. Excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Experience
  • Experienced business analyst managing a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences or related field
  • Experience in managing complex technical projects across development and infrastructure
  • Experienced in working with a Global team in multiple time zones
  • Experience in Agile methodology a plus
