Transformation Lead | Head of Change | Change Director | Global Banking | Operations | Programme Management Global Bank are looking to on-board a Transformation Lead to join their London office as part of an international team. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivery within banking across programme and portfolio management with strong leadership abilities.

Global Bank are looking to on-board a Transformation Lead to join their London office as part of an international team. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivery within banking across programme and portfolio management with strong leadership abilities.

This will entail ensuring programmes are executed to strict time-lines for 2020 and help sculpt the 2030 vision for the business. Owning E2E customer journey, process re-engineering and identifying process excellence opportunities across the portfolio.

Key requirements:

  • Be an established leader comfortable having oversight of 500+ FTE.
  • Background in project/programme management.
  • Experienced in managing transitions from onshore to offshore.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable managing up to C-suite stakeholders.
