Treasury Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the treasury department of this growing company on an initial 4 month contract basis. As Treasury Analyst, you will support the Treasury Manager with the day-to day treasury requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the treasury department of this growing company on an initial 4 month contract basis. As Treasury Analyst, you will support the Treasury Manager with the day-to day treasury requirements. Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Update daily cashflow and fee tracker highlight any funding requirements and outstanding fee settlements respectively
  • Prepare cash repatriation documents
  • Manage Purchase cards and schedules; seek necessary approvals for applications and changes, complete application forms for new cards, cancel for leavers, advise on online viewing access set up / password reset. Complete new Purchase Card facility bank application forms
  • Update and maintain bank matrix, including all signatories and online access. Periodically check against Dream
  • Update bank mandates with banks
  • Send and follow up bank account closure requests
  • Assist users with online banking platform viewing access; new user set up, password reset and liaise with administrators. Provide cancellation requests for leavers (cancel token devices)
  • Complete new bank account applications, seek necessary approvals and provide banks with KYC information requests, process requests to add to online banking platforms and visibility for all users
  • Arrange letters to banks, seek approval as required
  • Investigate treasury related queries
  • Direct Debit maintenance
  • Assist team with unidentified payments and receipts on bank statements
  • Assist with audit letters / queries
  • Assist set up customised reports on banking platforms
  • Bank charges analysis
