My client, a new British bank, is looking for a Treasury Analyst to report directly into the Treasurer and supplement their existing team.
The bank currently has a headcount of 250 and has ambitious growth and expansion plans.
The role will encompass elements of liquidity and capital (stress testing, planning and forecasting, ICAAP, ILAAP, reporting) as well as cash management and exposure to FX, MM and FTP mechanisms.
You will need prior exposure to liquidity and ideally also capital in order to be considered for this job. Cash management experience is also a pre-requisite.
The role will pay up to £60k for someone with 2-3 years of experience, and up to £70k for someone with 4-5 years of experience.
This will be a fantastic next step for a junior treasury analyst, looking to add breadth to their experience. You will benefit from exposure to very senior management and the C-suite - and will gradually take on responsibilities that other organisations usually reserve for much more senior employees.
