We are hiring a:

UK Corporate Finance/ECM - Analyst/Associate, London

After continued success in the UK markets, our ECM team is looking to hire additional resource to help with it’s significant growth plans in the coming years.

Your responsibilities:
• Undertaking valuation exercises including trading comps, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow models
• Preparing presentation materials
• Undertaking detailed sector and company research on an ad-hoc basis
• Collating and administering regulatory documents on transactions
• Liaising with the Research and Sales teams on ECM roadshows and/or transactions
• Attending meetings and calls with mandated and potential clients in support of senior corporate financiers
• Liaising with co-advisers on projects, such as lawyers, accountants and financial PR
• Assisting with client take-on procedures; and
• Assisting with ongoing market advice to corporate clients
Your profile:
• Strong academic results; educated to degree level with a minimum  2.1
• ACA qualified with professional experience in transactions ervices team at a reputable accounting firm OR have 1+ years experience at an investment bank/ boutique advisory firm/broking firm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be proactive, positive, self motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high quality of work
• Demonstrate commercial awareness
• Work well in a team environment
• Keen interest in corporate finance
• Keen interest in the equities market
