We're looking for a talented Digital UX Service Designer delivering expertise relating to the design on Digital Workplace user technologies to join DWP's Digital Workplace project and become a key part of one of the UK's biggest and most high-profile digital transformations.

If you love solving big and unique service design problems and you want to use your skills on projects with real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What is Digital Workplace?

You believe in sharing your work openly and you communicate effectively in meetups and across business areas. You will also have management and coaching responsibilities, aiding the development of colleagues from across our brilliant UX and Product Design community.

We are especially interested in applications from candidates who can: -

  • Understand as-is service design and able to identify improvement opportunities.
