End User Services (Technical Lead)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus, Package

Harvey Nash is looking to source and secure a talented Technical Lead for their End User Services.

The End User Services l Lead will provide technical leadership for all operational and project activities within End User Services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and act as the subject matter expert for End User Services.

Duties:

  • Partner with Architects and Third Parties to deliver a high quality user experience
  • Provide technical leadership for assigned IT environments
  • Ensure Infrastructure availability in line with agreed SLAs
  • Proactive monitoring and capacity planning
  • Define, document and implement processes
  • Identify risks and issues
  • Solve service delivery issues
  • Work with the cyber security team to identify vulnerabilities
  • Create low level technical designs (from high level designs)
  • 3rd party supplier management
  • Budget management (contribution)
  • Adherence and participation in IT Service management processes
  • Remain up to date with emerging technologies and make evidence based suggestions
  • Own the disaster recovery capability

  • Enterprise Telephony experience
  • Contact centre technologies
  • Monitoring & event management Tools

Essential

  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and logical
  • Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
  • ITSM experience
