Implementation of a new digital community platform of CX clients in NPS product lines, allowing the Online Community Platform to launch for Q2.
Develop, document and own project plan and meetings for MVP NPS Inc community launch - (30%) Drive execution of project plan, w/ hands-on configuration, QC, testing - (30%)
Align ongoing NPS Inc leader, vendor & internal resource - (20%) Support ramp and handover of OC platform to new FTE Ops Manager - (10%) Define the process for syncing the community platform with an existing CRM tool - (10%)
Active Stakeholder management
Knowledge of CRM tools, and implementation
Able to get up to speed quickly, and be mostly self-sufficient
Technically hands-on capable
Launching new digital products, preferably online communities
Very comfortable leading projects with competing priorities and resource
Role is mainly WFH with some travel to their central London offices.
