Financial Regulation and Fintech Associate

We are seeking a Financial Regulation and Fintech Lawyer (1-3 years' PQE) to join our Dubai office. You will play a key role in advising clients within the financial services and fintech space, supporting them as they navigate regulatory frameworks, develop new products and scale innovative platforms. The work spans the full lifecycle, from initial concept and licensing through to growth and market expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of financial regulation and fintech across the Middle East, working with innovative clients in one of the most dynamic global markets.

You'll be part of our regional Financial Services team, collaborating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh. Working with a diverse portfolio of international clients that include banks, insurers, fintech disruptors and regulators, you'll gain exposure to complex, high-impact work while building deep sector expertise.

Working alongside colleagues across our global network, you'll help deliver commercially focused, technically robust advice in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing and innovative practice, with early responsibility and strong opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Do

• Advising on a wide range of financial regulation, fintech and financial services matters
• Guiding clients through regulatory compliance requirements and licensing processes
• Providing advice on digital assets, payments and emerging financial products
• Supporting clients navigating evolving regulatory areas such as regtech and BNPL
• Collaborating with international teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Helping clients leverage technology to drive operational efficiency
• Building client relationships and supporting business development
