Senior Project Manager

Salary: Circa £60,000 Depending on skills and experience

Open to all UK offices excluding London with 50% office attendance

A bit about the job:

In Group Functions CIO we drive change transformation, innovation and efficiency across Group Functions such as People, Procurement, Property, Risk, Legal, Corporate Governance, Audit, Financial Crime, Corporate Services & Security and Brand & Corporate Affairs.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with senior stakeholders to create the business case, develop a delivery plan, define deliverables, agree milestones, and monitor their progress, manage resources, budgets, and associated risks.

You will be required to mentor team members and constructively challenge stakeholders, to drive change, and deliver positive outcomes for our customers.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Experience leading in Data, Generative AI, Group Functions or SaaS implementations

• A proven track record working in a Project Management role or equivalent.
• An ability to energise and motivate the project team to drive forward and deliver outcomes.
• A strong understanding of agile, delivery tools, and project management best practices.
• Experience reporting to senior leaders at director level and above.

• Starting salary c. £60,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
